Please confess to your pilot mistakes
I’m making an episode about mistakes pilots make during the approach and departure stages of flight and I need your help. I would like you to confess to the mistakes you’ve made in the past. The episode, coming out this summer, will also feature advice and tips for safer arrivals and departures. You’re in safe company – I will not ridicule you!
For the bravest entry, there is a prize – a Flying Reporter Cap and 1 years’ membership to The Flying Reporter Supporters’ Club.
If you’d like to know more, scroll down for the video where I outline the challenge, or if you’re ready to confess, read on!
Record your video confession
Please record a short video (in landscape format) of yourself, explaining the mistake you made.
Start with your name, where you’re from, and outline your mistake and any causes you identified.
Please ensure your video is no longer than 30 seconds. We’re not making Air Crash Investigation, we just want a flavour of the kind of errors people tend to make.
Send your video
To make this as easy as possible, here are three ways to send your video
- Via Whatsapp: +44 7859 785580
